How are office and salon rentals billed?

Office and salon spaces use the monthly contract flow. When you start one of those rentals, the amount due today is the first month of rent plus the security deposit.

Can I book a conference room for multiple days?

No. Conference room reservations use a single event date. Choose one date, select a start and end time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and reserve at least 3 hours.

What are the current conference room rates?

A17 and A2 are $50 per hour, B1 is $75 per hour, and every conference room booking includes a $100 security deposit.

What is due today when I apply?

Office and salon rentals collect the first month of rent plus the security deposit at signing. Conference room rentals collect the hourly room charge plus the $100 security deposit. Virtual Office uses its own contract checkout.
