Who we are
Naz716 Inc. operates Naz716 Business Center and the website naz716.com. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@naz716.com or through our contact page.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, telephone number, account username, password hash, application details, business-directory information, rental or contract information, signatures, uploaded documents, support messages, and payment references. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, cookies, timestamps, requested pages, and security or diagnostic records.
Social sign-in
Google and X are optional ways to create or access a Naz716 account. Facebook Login may also become available after provider approval. When you choose a social provider, that provider authenticates you on its own website. Naz716 does not receive your provider password.
The social-login integration may receive a provider account identifier, your name, email address, and profile image. We use that information only to create or access your Naz716 account, prevent duplicate provider identities, support account security, and deliver the services you request. The integration does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Facebook posts, Facebook friends, or X posts. Naz716’s current social-login configuration does not intentionally retain provider access tokens after sign-in.
A matching email address does not automatically connect a social identity to an existing Naz716 account. An existing account holder must first sign in normally before linking a provider.
How we use information
- Provide and secure website, tenant-portal, directory, application, contract, invitation, and account services.
- Verify email addresses, authenticate users, recover accounts, and send service-related messages.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, review applications, administer rentals, and support tenants.
- Publish business information that an authorized directory owner or Naz716 administrator has approved for public display.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and authentication
WordPress cookies maintain signed-in sessions and user preferences. The social-login system and invitation workflow use temporary cookies and state values to connect an authentication request to the provider response and protect the process from forged requests. Analytics, embedded media, and other site features may set additional cookies as described by their providers.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate the site, hosting, email delivery, authentication, forms, security, analytics, payments, or other requested services. When you choose social sign-in, limited authentication information is exchanged with the selected provider. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell social-login information.
Retention
Account and service records are retained while needed to provide services and for legitimate operational, security, contractual, tax, or legal purposes. Verification and invitation credentials expire and are invalidated after use. Some information may remain for a limited period in secured backups. Rental agreements, payment records, and other records may be retained when required even after an account or social-login connection is removed.
Your choices and requests
You may use email and password instead of social sign-in. You can revoke Naz716 access in your Google, X, or Facebook account settings. Revoking a provider stops future provider access but does not by itself delete your Naz716 account, cancel a rental agreement, or remove records Naz716 must retain.
To request access, correction, export, deletion, or removal of a social-login connection, email info@naz716.com from the address associated with your account or use our contact page. Do not send passwords, verification codes, client secrets, or identity documents in the initial request. We will verify account control before acting. Facebook users may also follow the Facebook data-deletion instructions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us if you believe your account has been misused.
Third-party services
Google, X, Meta/Facebook, payment providers, embedded services, and other third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Choosing a third-party feature may send information to that provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
