How are office and salon rentals billed?

Office and salon spaces use the monthly contract flow. When you start one of those rentals, the amount due today is the first month of rent plus the security deposit.

Can I book a conference room for multiple days?

Yes. Sign in to the tenant portal, choose your first and last rental dates, and submit the request. Naz716 staff will confirm room availability, daily hours, pricing, and any blocked dates before the contract is finalized for signature.

What are the current conference room rates?

A2 is $50 per hour, B1 is $75 per hour, and every conference room booking includes a $100 security deposit.

What is due today when I apply?

Office and salon rentals collect the first month of rent plus the security deposit at signing. Conference room rentals collect the hourly room charge plus the $100 security deposit. Virtual Office uses its own contract checkout.
